The Bryn Mawr email and calendar system, also known as the Communication Center, offers scheduling feature that will be open to the entire community, i.e. anyone with a Bryn Mawr email address will also have a Bryn Mawr calendar. Filtering Calendar Invitations into a Mailbox

The Bryn Mawr email and calendaring system, also known as the Communication Center, offers scheduling features available to the entire community, i.e. anyone with a Bryn Mawr email address will also have a Bryn Mawr calendar. When a community member invites you to a meeting, you will receive an e-mail notification asking for your reply. Filtering these invitations into a specific folder can help keep your inbox organized. Using Shared Calendars

Any individual with a Bryn Mawr email can see your busy and free times under the Schedule tab when creating a new appointment. They cannot see what you are doing or edit your calendars in any way. Sharing a calendar allows you to give another user rights to a specific calendar layer: either viewing rights, or managing rights. Viewing rights allow them to see all the appointments on a specific calendar layer; managing rights allow them to add or remove appointments.
