I am extremely frustrated with the changes to Guild and my inability to print from my MacBook Pro to a Guild Printer.
I understand the needs to conserve energy and lower costs, however, Guild was always full and used by myriad students daily.
I have had difficulties previously printing from my laptop to the Guild printers, despite following the step-by-step directions given by the TECH bar.
I am on campus early and fear that when Guild and Canaday are inundated with eager new students and anxious returning students, these problems will worsen.

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear of your frustration! Have you come in to the TECH Bar in Canaday to speak with someone about printing to a Guild printer? We would be more than happy to help you resolve this issue in person if you stop by or give us a call! At which point did you have difficulty; adding the printer to your computer or actually sending a print job to the printer?
Please don’t hesitate to contact us!
